Yacht Pub 03:25
I put in 50 hours in one week I got 2 more and I'm dead on my feet That old clock is stuck in time 5 o'clock I punch out My boss says where you goin' now And I begin to smile You can catch me down at the Yacht Pub Drinking champagne out of a beer mug Maybe sipping on $3 wine Dress code is flip flips Cheap sunglasses and a tank top Or whatever you wear will be just fine Having fun in the sun down at the Yacht Pub You don't need a membership it get in The only sign says, "Where ya been?" And the beers are cold and tall There's a steel drum man playing island tunes And some pirates over in a corner booth And we're all having a ball Tonight down at the Yacht Pub Drinking CODE Rum out of a beer mug Cutting loose and feeling fine Dress code is flip flops Cheap sunglasses and a tank top Of whatever you wear will be just fine Going all night long down at the Yacht Pub Monday the work week begins And I'll have to wait for it to end But when it does I'll say again You can catch me down at the Yacht Pub Drinking champagne out of a beer mug Maybe sipping on $3 wine Dress code is flip flips Cheap sunglasses and a tank top Or whatever you wear will be just fine Having fun in the sun down at the Yacht Pub Down at the Yacht Pub Ah, look out for those pirates And those Rumageddon buckets!

The streets are all empty And the stores are all closed I’ve got a rip in my shirt And I’m trying to get home The money I had Was a fool’s time to shine And buy the whole bar a round Just before closing time Any good tale I have That’s worth being told Started with something In silver or gold And there are some things That can’t be undone It all happened once Upon a bottle of rum It all happened once Upon a bottle of rum I sailed off to find What I just hadn’t found Living my life in my little home town So I traveled the world Singing songs to get by Fell in love by the dozens On those hot island nights Any good tale I have That’s worth being told Started with something In silver or gold And there are some things That can’t be undone It all happened once Upon a bottle of rum It all happened once Upon a bottle of rum When I’m old and grey With my kids by my side And they ask me about All the times of my life I’ll smile and I’ll say That the things that I’ve done All happened once upon a bottle of rum They all happened once upon a bottle of rum…

Keys Disease 03:52
I was sittin’ there, exhaust in the air When this feelin’ came over me Rush hour traffic in a concrete jungle This can’t be my destiny I drifted back to when I was young No responsibilities Those days in the sun and all of that fun Down in the Florida Keys Now I’m singin’ I’ve got a Keys disease I want a piña colada and some swaying palm trees Somebody teleport me please Lord have mercy I’ve got a Keys disease I was sittin’ there with that same old stare Right at my computer screen Same paper work and the same office cube There’s no way this was my dream So I Googled Key Largo To find a picture of a better place Days in the sun and all of that fun Down in the Florida Keys Now I’m singin’ I’ve got a Keys disease I want a top down ride with some Marley cds Somebody teleport me please Lord have mercy I’ve got a Keys disease Still sittin’ there convinced I had a pair When my boss walked up behind me He said, “Get back to work! I need that report. It better be in by three!” Well I spun around and gave him the finger To hell with this company I want days in the sun and all of that fun Down in the Florida Keys Now I’m singin’ I’ve got a Keys disease Never goin’ back to a place that can freeze If you know what I mean then sing it with me I’ve got a Keys disease I’ve got a Keys disease Yeah, I’ve got a Keys disease Down at the Yacht Pub we get in free Oh, I’ve got a Keys disease

Take It East 03:39
I hear you crying Over the phone from afar He doesn’t know the way you are The way that I do Because you’re beautiful Like a sunrise on the sea And every other pretty thing in this world I’ve been waiting for you to come around I can’t see a better time than now To pack up your broken heart and take it East Find all that you’ve been missing here with me When all the other boys Have left you feeling down and defeated Pack up your broken heart and take it East You said you need a new life A new job, a new man Well, there’s a couple things you can change It’s in your hands But your life’s a dance That’s just waiting for the right song And when it finally comes on I’ll see that smile again You don’t have to cry another day I’m right here to wipe the tears away So, pack up your broken heart and take it East Find all that you’ve been missing here with me When all the other boys Have left you feeling down and defeated Pack up your broken heart and take it East I’ve loved you since the moment that I saw you And you may be a million miles away But every change has to start with one step forward I hope it brings you one step closer to me So, pack up your broken heart and take it East

I like to get away; let my worries fade away At a Tiki Bar down by the beach A margarita in my hand; gently resting in the sand The sunshine on my face makes me feel fine Surrounded by a few good friends Sharing times we thought would never end But we know one day that we’ll all meet again Cause… The sun comes up and it fades away Every night brings a brand new day Another chance to start again I leave my troubles in the past Cause sometimes life moves way too fast So let’s hold on to these good times while we can How long it lasts doesn’t matter When there’s sand On the bottom of my glass I remember the night I met her I swore I could never forget her But now I can’t even remember her last name There’s been some nights that I forgotten Some where we’ve done a lot of talkin’ And some that seemed to come out of a dream There has never been so many times I’ve laughed so hard until I cried Drinking baby Jaegers all night long The sun comes up and it fades away Every night brings a brand new day Another chance to start again I leave my troubles in the past Cause sometimes life moves way too fast So let’s hold on to these good times while we can How long it lasts doesn’t matter When there’s sand On the bottom of my glass I never say goodbye; just see you in a little while Cause someday soon we’ll find us here again On the beach I’ll find my spot And sit there with my sandy cup Filled with memories of the best times of my life The sun comes up and it fades away Every night brings a brand new day Another chance to start again I leave my troubles in the past Cause sometimes life moves way too fast So let’s hold on to these good times while we can How long it lasts doesn’t matter When there’s sand On the bottom of my glass

I’m another year older now Still a few years from my prime Some say I’m still a kid But they know I’m not a child It’s tragic, it’s a little sad But what happens at this moment Could make or break the man It’s time for a celebration It’s time for a reckoning It’s time for a conversation With friends I’ve lost along the way It’s time to turn a new leaf over It’s time to make a change It’s time to make time For the ones who care for me Oh, it’s better to be lonely Than to be alone And sometimes the fights worth fighting Even if it’s not your own Tell me about your revolution I’ll tell you about my resolution Together we might get this world to change Today Jumping through the fire You’re bound to get burned But it’s better to have walked that wire Than to say you never learned Oh tomorrow always coming And the past has come and gone The futures out there waiting So we better keep on keeping on Oh, it’s better to be lonely Than to be alone And sometimes the fights worth fighting Even if it’s not your own Tell me about your revolution I’ll tell you about my resolution Together we might get this world to change Today Don’t say there’s nothing we can do It all comes down to me and you I’ll never let this world go down in flames Oh, it’s better to be lonely Than to be alone And sometimes the fights worth fighting Even if it’s not your own Tell me about your revolution I’ll tell you about my resolution Together we might get this world to change Today

See You 03:05
When the colors of the leaves begin to change You know that’s when I have to leave again And all the miles and dreams there in between Will be the anchor that keeps you a hold of me Close your eyes, please don’t cry I’ll see you in a little while In another life you’d be my girl We would slay the kings and rule the world And it’s a shame that you can’t come along But you have your whole life for you at home I close my eyes, I see your smile I’ll see you in a little while Sometimes I think about what could have been And the normal life we could have lived There is no way that could ever be We’re anything but normal aren’t we? Close your eyes, it’ll be alright Let me see that smile I’ll see you in a little while

You and me we got a little history Yeah you know we've been around And girl it seems we can never get too far away Before the world brings us back down You better believe me when I say I am the rubberman, you are superglue I'm bouncing back, baby, and I'm stuck on you It may seem like we've got a lot of work to do But, baby, it's alright, it's alright There may be some fish in the ocean But you are the queen of my sea I know you're worried, baby, but you don't have to be Drink a little wine and we'll both agree You'll come back You'll come back to me I remember when we used to lay on the beach And dream about things that seemed out of reach Oh, it's funny how things turn around You wished you were a princess for all the world to see I wished that I was rockin' on MTV How it turns out, I guess we'll wait and see Believe me, believe me I have made mistakes that have brought you to your knees But I'm a little wiser now I hope you can see That I am the rubberman, you are superglue I'm bouncing back, baby, and I'm stuck on you It may seem like we've got a lot of work to do But, baby, it's alright, it's alright There may be some fish in the ocean But you are the queen of my sea I know you're worried, baby, but you don't have to be Drink a little wine and we'll both agree You'll come back You'll come back to me

I’ve got a band of bells strapped across my foot And a drum under the other that won’t stay put It keeps runnin’ away just like my heart ‘Cause lovin’ anybody just seems so hard Oh, oh I’m amazed I’ve lived this long living life this way Oh, oh don’t you know When the song is done it’s time to go When the song is done it’s time to go She got a heart of gold and an angel’s smile I got this old guitar and a soul that’s wild She loves me more than she loved me then I’m not sure I’ll be back again Oh, oh I’m amazed I’ve lived this long living life this way Oh, oh don’t you know When the song is done it’s time to go When the song is done it’s time to go Oh, oh I’m amazed I’ve lived this long living life this way Oh, oh don’t you know When the song is done it’s time to go When the song is done it’s time to go Oh, oh I’m amazed I’ve lived this long living life this way Oh, oh don’t you know When the song is done it’s time to go When the song is done it’s time to go
